Some of the short hand spelling is difficult to translate but you can ask us if you wish to know what the name of a clearing is and what its purpose is. Some of these clearings are so powerful that they can bring you to tears. That is ok. Your job is to connect with the emotions related to the clearing (if there are any), Cathryn facilitates the process and you allow the frequencies that Cathryn sends to certain spots on, or around, your body and they can be released. Side note - If emotions are not expressed, they can manifest as a physical symptom down the road. Reconnecting to the emotion(s) that you have not released is a big part of you healing yourself.
